Ask Claude anything about your Fitlo conversations and leads
Fitlo ships a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Add it to Claude once and every chat can search your inbox, look up leads, and pull numbers straight from your live Fitlo data. Read-only, scoped to your organization.
Set up in two minutes
You need a Fitlo login and a Claude account (Free, Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise). No API keys, no code.
- 1
Open Connectors in Claude
In claude.ai go to Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.
- 2
Paste the Fitlo server address
Name it "Fitlo AI" and use this URL. Leave the authentication and OAuth settings on their detected defaults.
Server URLhttps://fitlo.ai/api/mcp - 3
Connect and choose your organization
Click Connect. You'll be sent to Fitlo to log in (magic link) and pick the organization to share, then click Allow.
- 4
Ask a question
Back in Claude, start a chat and ask about your leads or conversations. Claude Desktop and the mobile apps pick the connector up automatically.
Things you can ask
What Claude can see
Everything is read-only. Claude cannot send messages, edit leads or change any setting. It only sees the organization you chose, never test traffic.
get_org_contextChannels, date range, lead statuses, tags and totals, so Claude knows how to filter.search_conversationsFind conversations by full-text search, channel, status, tag, lead status, escalation or date.get_conversationThe full transcript of one conversation, with the linked lead and AI analysis.search_messagesIndividual messages ranked by relevance, for "who asked about X" questions.search_leadsLeads by name, email, phone, status, source, tag or created date.get_leadOne lead in full: notes, tags, follow-ups sent and its conversations.conversation_statsCounts by day, week, month, channel, status, source, tag or lead status, computed in SQL.list_topicsThe most common AI-classified topics and customer questions.
Other clients and developers
The same server works in any MCP client. Claude Code, Cursor and the MCP Inspector can use an API key instead of OAuth; ask us for one for your organization.
claude mcp add --transport http fitlo https://fitlo.ai/api/mcp \ --header "Authorization: Bearer fitlo_mcp_…"
- Endpoint: https://fitlo.ai/api/mcp (Streamable HTTP, JSON responses)
- Auth: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration, or a bearer API key
- Discovery: /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server and /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource
- Scopes: conversations:read, leads:read
Security and privacy
- Read-only. There are no tools that send, edit or delete anything.
- Each connection is tied to one organization, chosen by you at consent. A member of several organizations connects once per organization.
- Access tokens expire after one hour and are refreshed automatically; refresh tokens expire after 90 days.
- Every tool call is logged with who called it and when. Message text is never stored outside Fitlo.
- To disconnect, remove the connector in Claude. To revoke access immediately, email nick@fitlo.ai.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a paid Claude plan?
No. Custom connectors work on Claude Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. The Free plan allows one custom connector.
Does this cost extra with Fitlo?
No. The connector is included in the standard Fitlo plan for every organization.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Anyone with a Fitlo login for your organization can connect their own Claude account the same way. On Claude Team and Enterprise an admin can add it once for everyone.
Can Claude reply to customers or change leads through this?
No. The connector is strictly read-only. Replies and edits still happen in Fitlo.
Which channels are included?
WhatsApp, Instagram, email, SMS and web chat, everything that lands in your Fitlo inbox. You can filter by channel in any question.
Is my data used to train Claude?
Claude runs in your own Anthropic account under Anthropic's terms. Fitlo only answers the questions Claude asks through the tools above.
Does it work with ChatGPT or other assistants?
Any client that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth can connect. Claude is the one we test and document.
